Tangrowth was introduced in Generation 4 with a pure Grass typing. Known as the Vine Pokémon, Tangrowth has a large mound of blue vines covering its body, only showing eyes amongst them. It has two long vines as arms with three red fingers on the ends. It is bipedal and has red ends on its feet.

Professor Tangrowth features prominently in Pokopia as a supporting character.
