Emboar was introduced in Generation 5 with a Fire/Fighting dual typing. It evolves from Pignite at Level 36 and is the final evolution of Tepig, the Fire starter in Pokémon Black/White/Black 2/White 2, and Legends: Z-A.

Known as the Mega Fire Pig Pokémon, Emboar is a rotund bipedal porcine Pokémon with black arms, a black banded belly, and a fire collar. Its design is heavily inspired by Chinese mythology and culture (source: Ken Sugimori interview in 2011)

Legends: Z-A spoilers(?)

Emboar can now Mega Evolve into Mega Emboar using the Emboarite. The mega evolution was first introduced in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. Its height is 5'11" (1.8 m) and it weighs 397.5 lbs. (180.3 kg). It has the same typing, the only final evolution starter in Z-A to not have a secondary typing added to its primary type (or, in this case, it's secondary typing changed).
