Aerodactyl was introduced in Generation 1 with a dual Rock/Flying typing. Known as the Fossil Tree Pokémon, it's a large, grey pterosaur-like Pokémon with purple membranous wings and a big jaw.

It also has a mega form, Mega Aerodactyl, introduced in Generation 6 which has green eyes spiky rocks all over its body.
